Built from the inside out.

A queer, polyamorous family of licensed psilocybin facilitators in Oregon. We built this practice for people who have never quite felt at home in healing spaces.

Who We Are

We built this practice because the healing spaces we needed didn’t exist.

Happy Acre Farm is four people who are family — a polyamorous, queer household that includes a trans woman, a documentary filmmaker, a trauma-informed advocate, and a lifelong caregiver. We came to psilocybin through our own healing, and what we found changed us. We wanted to create a space where others could find that too.

We work with people who have felt like outsiders in traditional wellness spaces. Queer and trans people. Folks in polyamorous or non-traditional relationships. People working through body image, self-acceptance, or the weight of not fitting in. If you’ve ever walked into a healing space and felt like you had to hide part of yourself, this is different.

Our sessions take place at Immersive PDX, a licensed Oregon psilocybin service center. Our founder Jiva is a documentary filmmaker and nature photographer, and he creates immersive visual and audio environments for our sessions — original footage from the forests, coast, and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. It’s one more way we hold space for you.

How It Works

Whether you join a retreat or work with us individually, the path follows the same shape. Here’s what to expect.

1

Conversation

We start by talking. This is a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and get a feel for whether we’re the right fit. No pressure, no commitment. Just a real conversation between real people.

2

Preparation

Before your session, we meet to prepare together. We’ll talk about what to expect, how to work with whatever comes up, and how to set intentions that matter to you. This is required and it’s important — it’s where trust gets built.

3

The Session

Your psilocybin experience takes place at a licensed Oregon service center. Your facilitator is with you the entire time — not directing, not interpreting, just holding space. You’ll be surrounded by immersive nature visuals and audio created by our team. We’re there so you can let go.

4

Integration

Afterward, we meet again to reflect. Integration is about making meaning from what came up and figuring out how to carry it into your life. This is where the real work often begins.

Our Family

Four facilitators, one family. We bring different backgrounds and the same commitment: making sure you feel safe enough to be yourself.

Jiva DeVoe

Jiva DeVoe

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

A documentary filmmaker and nature photographer based in the Pacific Northwest, Jiva draws on a lifetime spent between technology and the natural world. The son of a sculptor and a photographer, he approaches facilitation with the same patience and attention he brings to his creative work. He creates the immersive visual and audio environments used in our sessions. Having experienced the healing power of psilocybin firsthand, Jiva started this practice to bring that healing to others.

Bunnie DeVoe

Bunnie DeVoe

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

Bunnie's path to facilitation began with a single unexpected journey—and what it quietly unlocked in her changed everything. Having carried struggles with self-esteem and body image for most of her life, she found in the medicine a gentle way home to herself, loosening years of internal weight and discovering a creativity she never knew she had. A polyamorous, bisexual cis woman married to her husband of 35 years and her wife of two years, and a devoted mother to three children—two of whom are trans and one with severe autism—Bunnie moves through the world with love, kindness, hope, and deep respect for every kind of life. She has a natural gift for meeting people's inner child with tenderness, offering the kind of compassion that makes even the hardest moments feel held. For those carrying wounds around body acceptance, self-worth, or simply the exhaustion of existing in a world that doesn't always make room for you—Bunnie's presence is a soft place to land.

Amelia Bambam

Amelia Bambam

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

Amelia has spent 25 years working closely with families and children impacted by trauma, with deep experience in child abuse and neglect and how that shapes behavior. She is a practitioner in Collaborative Problem Solving, Trust-Based Relational Interventions, Mental Health First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Interventions. As a polyamorous, kinky, and queer woman, she understands the intersectionality we all bring to the table. A mother, stepmother, former foster mother, and mother to a trans youth, Amelia holds nonjudgmental and empathetic space for folx from all walks of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Psilocybin facilitation is a service where a trained, licensed professional supports you through a psilocybin experience. Your facilitator is present throughout the session to provide a safe, supportive environment. Facilitation is not psychotherapy or medical treatment—it is a supported experience guided by your own intentions.

Yes. In 2020, Oregon voters passed Measure 109, creating a regulated framework for psilocybin services. Licensed facilitators work at licensed service centers under the oversight of the Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) section of the Oregon Health Authority. All of our facilitators are licensed by the state of Oregon.

Oregon's program is available to adults 21 years of age or older. No diagnosis, prescription, or referral is required. During your preparation session, we'll discuss any considerations relevant to your situation.

All psilocybin administration sessions take place at licensed Oregon service centers. Happy Acre Farm is a facilitator group—we work at these licensed locations rather than operating our own center. We can help you find a service center that suits your needs.

A psilocybin administration session typically lasts several hours. Your facilitator remains present for the entire duration. Plan for a full day when scheduling your session, as experiences vary in length.

Your facilitator holds space for your experience. We don't direct or interpret what happens—we're there to ensure your physical and emotional safety, provide comfort, and offer support if challenging moments arise. Think of us as a steady, caring presence by your side.

Psilocybin facilitation is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Facilitators do not diagnose conditions, provide therapeutic interventions, or offer medical advice. We are trained to create safe environments and support you through the experience itself. If you are currently working with a therapist, facilitation can complement that work.

Costs vary depending on the service center and the specific services involved. We're happy to discuss pricing during your initial consultation. Reach out to us for current information.

Reach out to us by email. We'll set up an initial conversation where you can ask questions, learn more about the process, and decide if it's right for you. There's no pressure and no commitment required to have that first conversation.
